We are excited to announce that the new Project Forecasting tool is now live in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). Find login instructions, important reminders, and key resources below.
All Assistant Deans, MSOs/business officers, Research Financial Analysts, and Faculty Funds Project Analysts have been provisioned access to this module, along with users in certain payroll positions. If you need to request access for another user, please request that your RSA submit an access request ticket via ServiceNow.
Please note that this resource drives UCPath Projections (payroll projections), which will be reflected on the financial and payroll reports in the Faculty/PI and PGM Admin Dashboards in FinHub. Departments should begin adding and reviewing UCPath funding end dates to ensure accurate UCPath Projection amounts as soon as possible. The following steps need to be taken to ensure the UCPath Projections are completed and accurate:
- Add UCPath funding end dates for all project-funded positions. See UCPath Funding Entry End Date Guidance.
- Review UCPath Project amounts in EPM Project Forecasting. See Project Forecasting - UCPath Projections Checklist.
- Notify PIs/Faculty that UCPath Projections are up-to-date and reflect all approved payroll
The Project Forecasting team will host daily office hours from 11am-12pm in the days following go-live (October 31 through November 5), with future office hours to be determined. We encourage you to attend if you have any questions or experience any issues in these first few days. Access the Zoom link from the full schedule of FMM office hours available here.
