  • Sustainment planning 

Configure and Prototype Phase (completed December 2023)

Test Phase

  • Data validation

  • Systems Integration Testing

  • User Acceptance Testing

Deploy Phase

  • System and business cutover 

  • End-user training

  • Go/no-go evaluations

  • Transition to the sustainment organization
