- Engage in strategic dialogue and robust discussions that will assist the campus by ensuring faculty input in the development of the Financial Management Modernization program.
- Provide expert advice and assure that our system implementation does not disrupt the academic and research enterprise on our campus.
- Act as liaison between committee and other faculty members to share information and discuss expectations in support of the program implementation. Identify risks and propose solutions.
- Recommend communication, training, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation strategies for issues affecting the academic and research enterprise. Support the identification of faculty training needs, and advice on related approaches and materials.
- Support the creation and delivery of Faculty-wide meetings for the collection of faculty feedback, dissemination of research, and reporting for accountability.
