We want to inform you about updates to the launch of the new FinHub reporting portal and Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system, originally scheduled for today, July 21.
The reports that will be available in FinHub will be released in a staggered fashion over the coming weeks, and the report release schedule will be updated dynamically on the Financial Management Modernization website’s Reporting page. We anticipate that the first round of reports will be ready for release before the end of the month. Please note that departments can see May financial data in the existing Data Warehouse, but will not have access to some data and reports as a result of this updated process, including payroll reports for the second half of July.
In addition, the launch of the Transfers tool in EPM will be moved to next week to coincide with departmental visibility into budget and financial balances.
We encourage you to reference the Reporting page to stay up-to-date on when financial reports are available, and join the FinHub users Google Chat space to stay informed. Users will be notified via email when both of these systems become available.
