At this session, the FMM team will provide information on the CCOA hierarchy, the individual chart segments, and walk through examples of how transactions will be coded using the new segments. Many of those who participated in our surveys and focus groups expressed a need for a deeper understanding of the new chart, and this event will kick off a series of divisional meetings to discuss the CCOA and answer more specific questions. Your participation is highly valued, and we look forward to providing an engaging and informative session.
