We are excited to announce that Oracle Financials Cloud (OFC) is now live, and the Common Chart of Accounts (CCOA) is now reflected in most campus systems. The Projects & Grants Management (PGM) & General Accounting OFC modules are available now, and Accounts Receivable (AR) is available for departments participating in the pilot group.
Please note that while all of campus will utilize the new CCOA, only central office staff, departments with PGM projects, and AR pilot group participants will begin working in OFC today. All users who require system access will receive an email with the login portal link and instructions.
We have prepared a Go-Live Guide to help you navigate the new system and locate appropriate resources. FMM leads will continue to offer office hours for various OFC modules and process areas. Drop in to ask questions and get support from subject matter experts.
If you need help as you work in the new system, please contact the FMM Help Desk at (805) 893-5400 or submit a FMM Help ServiceNow ticket. The FMM team is here to support you as you navigate our modernized financial landscape. Visit our Support page for more information.
